Our French onion sourdough loaf is made with Bob’s Red Mill Artisan Bread Flour (wheat flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, or enzyme], niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), einkorn flour, dark rye flour and Celtic sea salt, with sauteed onions folded into the bread and sprinkled on top.
