Our sourdough bagels are made with Bob’s Red Mill Artisan Bread Flour (wheat flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, or enzyme], niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), sugar, yeast and Celtic sea salt.
