Our sourdough bagels are made with Bob’s Red Mill Artisan Bread Flour (wheat flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, or enzyme], niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), sugar, yeast, Celtic sea salt, with everything bagel seasoning (poppy seeds, toasted white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion, and flaky sea salt) folded into the bagels and sprinkled on top.
