Instant Pot Pineapple Chicken
- 2 pounds of chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- In the Instant Pot, combine all ingredients. Close and seal lid.
- Choose the ‘poultry’ setting and 15 minutes high pressure cook.
