Instant Pot Pineapple Chicken

  • 2 pounds of chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. In the Instant Pot, combine all ingredients. Close and seal lid.
  2. Choose the ‘poultry’ setting and 15 minutes high pressure cook.
  3. Enjoy!
