Mashed Potatoes
- 2 Idaho potatoes
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- ΒΌ cup warmed whole milk
Options: dash of salt & pepper, 1 tsp Minced Garlic, 2 tsp parsley flakes
Directions:
- Scrub potatoes with a vegetable scrubbing cloth.
- With a sharp knife, dice into small pieces.
- Toss pieces into a quart of boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Drain and mash.
- Mix in butter and warmed milk.
- Season as desired.
