Ingredients:
- 2 onions, coarsely diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 can (15oz) diced fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 can (15oz) tomato sauce
- Beef broth (box)
- 1cup Ditalini pasta
- 1 can (15oz) Garbanzo beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1lb ground beef
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
Frizzle beef.
Add onions, carrots, celery, garlic and spices. Simmer until veggies are soft.
Deglaze pan w/ broth then add tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer for an hour.
Add beans and pasta then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
