Description
Your vendor space will be in the interior portion of the main hall and it will include chairs. If you require electricity, bring your own extension cords and duct tape to secure them to the floor.
You will have an 8 foot square of space, from the front of the table, where it touches the isle, to 6 feet behind the table. If you require a width of 16 feet, please choose a quantity of 2 spaces.

Exhibitors agree to:
– Post event fliers at your place of business, and on social media, leading up to the event.
– Provide something for the raffle. Ie; gift basket, free session, etc. (any value)
– A scheduled demonstration time on stage (if desired).
– Be set up by 9am and stay until 5pm. Doors open at 7am.
– Each exhibitor’s name will be listed in all advertising. (Optional: add your logo to social media advertising: $50)
– Each exhibitor is responsible for keeping their area clean and will leave no trace when they leave.
Exhibitors are encouraged to create amazing displays! Banners, shelving, equipment, or any other visually attractive props to really make a statement about who you are and what you do.
Proceeds from this event go to Moose Charities, which includes, but is not limited to, programs benefiting area seniors, children, and the homeless.
Exhibitors agree to hold harmless Hayward – Castro Valley Moose Lodge as host, AllOne Infinity, LLC as the organizing body of the Holistic Expo, planners, sponsors, partner organizations and agents, as well as the city of Castro Valley, CA against all claims, losses, damage, injury and liability arising out of or in relation to participation in this event.
