Our cinnamon raisin sourdough loaf is made with Bob’s Red Mill Artisan Bread Flour (wheat flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, or enzyme], niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), einkorn flour, dark rye flour and Celtic sea salt, with cinnamon, sugar and raisins folded inside.
