How do I use Lucid Dreams oil?
Rub a drop or two into pulse points (wrists and neck) then with the index finger of your power hand, put the oil on your third eye by holding your finger to the skin between, and just above, your eyebrows for a count of nine.
Breathe in the scent with three, deep breaths and repeat the affirmation to yourself (printed on the bottle) as you drift off to sleep.
