Master your Mindset
Many of us are the product of uncontrolled thoughts and emotions, but when we take responsibility for how we think and feel, our whole lives change.
When something bad happens, our natural response is to go into ‘stress mode’, which lowers our vibration, so we can deal with the situation. When we hold onto the thoughts and emotions of that experience, we stay in that low vibration and we say we’re in a bad mood. If we hold onto it for weeks or months, now that’s a temperament and people will say, “She has a foul temperament”. Hold onto it for years and then it’s your personality; you will attract other low energy people and events into your life and you will become sick. Literally you are making yourself sick.
